Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Enrolment Cancellation Policy

At Madrasa Skill Academy, we strive to empower madrasa students with world-class practical education. If you wish to cancel your admission or enrolment, you may request a cancellation at any time prior to batch commencement or within 7 days of registration and payment.

2. Refund Eligibility Criteria

You are eligible for a full refund of your course fee / admission payment under the following conditions:

• 7-Day Refund Guarantee: Refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of making the fee payment.
• Class Non-Commencement / Schedule Conflict: If MSA postpones or cancels a batch start date by more than 14 days and the student cannot join the rescheduled batch.
• Technical Duplicate Payment: If a student is charged twice due to a payment gateway latency or technical glich, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full immediately.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

• Refund request raised after 7 days from the date of admission fee payment.
• If the student has attended more than 25% of live lectures or completed course modules.
• If the student is expelled from the academy due to violation of the Code of Conduct, sharing portal credentials, or academic misconduct.

To request a cancellation and refund, please follow these simple steps:

1. Send an email to contact@madrasaskillacademy.com or refunds@madrasaskillacademy.com.
2. Include your Student Full Name, Mobile Number, Application / Admission ID (e.g., MSA-2026-0001), and Payment Transaction ID / Receipt.
3. Provide a brief reason for cancellation. Our accounts desk will review and confirm your refund within 24 hours.
