1. Overview & Agreement

Welcome to Madrasa Skill Academy ("MSA", "we", "us", or "our"), an educational initiative by United For Humanity Foundation, located at Sayed Colony, Deoband, Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh 247554, India.

By accessing our website (www.madrasaskillacademy.com), registering for courses, submitting an application, or paying admission fees, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Student Admission & Enrolment

• Admissions to our Diploma programs (Offline Deoband Campus or Pan-India Online Batches) are granted based on form submission, qualification verification, and payment of the applicable course/admission fee.
• Students must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false or misleading information may lead to cancellation of enrolment without a refund.
• Course seats are subject to availability (maximum batch limit applies). Seats are confirmed only after payment verification.

3. Fees & Payment Terms

• All course fees and admission charges are clearly displayed on the official website/admission portal in Indian Rupees (INR ₹).
• Payments are securely processed through integrated Indian Payment Gateways (e.g., Razorpay / UPI / Net Banking / Credit Cards / Debit Cards).
• Students are responsible for paying fees strictly on time according to the selected plan (monthly / one-time).
• All fees paid are subject to our official Refund and Cancellation Policy.

4. Code of Conduct & Academic Integrity

Madrasa Skill Academy fosters an environment of mutual respect, dignity, and Islamic values alongside modern education:

• Students must behave respectfully towards mentors, staff, and fellow classmates in live interactive classes and campus facilities.
• Sharing LMS portal login credentials, Zoom links, or proprietary course materials with unauthorized third parties is strictly prohibited.
• Any form of harassment, abuse, spamming, or plagiarism will result in immediate suspension from the program without refund.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, video lectures, PDFs, curriculum guides, software projects, logos, and website contents are the exclusive intellectual property of Madrasa Skill Academy and United For Humanity Foundation. Unauthorized copying, distribution, re-recording, or commercial resale of course materials is illegal and punishable under Indian Intellectual Property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

While Madrasa Skill Academy provides high-quality skilling, mentorship, and placement assistance, we do not guarantee specific employment outcomes, salary packages, or third-party exam results. In no event shall MSA or United For Humanity Foundation be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from course participation.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Saharanpur / Uttar Pradesh, India.
